I tried to resize in photo bucket but image is blurred, is there a way to resize within foundation theme? or is there a software I need to resize correctly?

Thanks worked great, now I am trying to add a image to the slider, but the top is cut off, can you tell me what size I need for the slider image to fit?

I have added the header behind logo but header size is off, I had header custom designed and the designer claimed header was right size for website, could you please take a look at site and let me know if I can correct?
