    Okay thank you for your response. Is there away to prevent this from happening in general? Like virus protection for all your websites?

    I am leaning toward deleting the wordpress installation and starting from scratch… I know you said i can do that but would you recommend that?

    Okau the only theme details i see is
    EliteVersion: 2.2.0
    By Organized Themes
    A WooCommerce and business theme

    so i guess its not a childtheme?

    So i went ahead and activated a 2015 theme and the site still didnt come back

    Okay so i deactivated the plugins and the site is still blank. I am actually unsure if i have a childs theme and how to find out. I wouldn’t know how to switch to a parent theme either

    I can log in my wp-admin …that is how i deleted/deactivated some of my plugins. should i still do the following steps you gave being that i cant already log in

    I took screenshots to explain my issue.

    Demo elite1= There is a navbar that shows logo and text.
    Deom elite= when i begin to scroll down from the hero image section the nav bar logo and text is still there
    demo elite 3= when i scroll a bit more totally away from hero image the nav bar background shows up for the rest of the page.

    I like that ^

    kikomi demo= I dont think the navbar background color showing looks good on top of the hero image. It wasnt doing it before but now it is. So my only issue is i want navbar background only* disappearing on hero images/gallery/videos.

    No worries Bill, Thank you

    the first code fixed my issue via mobile device.
    Im not sure what the second code did and i didnt see a change. But yes i like that the header navbar overlays the hero section.. that is what im saying i want for only the hero section aka my home/about page but it is no longer doing that…

    so should i take the second code you gave me and try another one?

    Desktop view: the nav bar background image* is showing over the hero section for the homepage and about section. It wasn’t doing that before until i just refreshed my page. Not sure. But I’d like it to go back to how it was in the demo: the hero section image with the logo & words from nav-bar on top and the navbar background not appearing until viewer scrolls down and hero image/gallery is gone.

    Hey Bill… I notice on mobile device the nav-bar stays still (stays in eye view) while i scroll down the page. Is it possible i can keep it stationary and out of eyes view when viewer is scrolling

    I like how it does it on desktop for homepage only. the navigation bar floats when scrolls and how it is stationary on every other page.

    Okay, the problem i am having is when i press edit and try editing the link it isnt letting me. its just highlighting it if i backspace it goes to the previous back or if i highlight and try to type it doesnt budge
