    Hi Bill,

    My Home Page video will not show on an I-pad or an I-phone. I followed the directions to convert the video to both .ogg and .webm files and uploaded them both in the correct fields but it still won’t work. I’ve re-converted them several times. Do you know what I might be doing wrong? The site is up and live now.

    Hi Debbie,

    Great question. Mobile devices don’t support background videos. Make sure to include an image too. It’ll be displayed on devices that don’t support background video.
