Two Different Staff Pages

Is it possible to create two actual pages for staff groups? I want to place some text above one of the staff pages. Can I insert a shortcode to only list the staff from one category?
Would this be easier if I created another template for a second staff page?

Hello Kathy,

You can enter a description for each staff group. That will be displayed above the staff list if it’s there. To add a description, go to the staff section in your dashboard and click on staff groups. Your staff groups will be listed on your right. Click on the one you’d like to add a description to and you’ll be able to edit it. Save your changes and the description should then appear above the staff list for that group.
