Split Slider Widget to Two

Bill,

I would like to use the Agency but would like to also split the slider widget area to two like the Authentic Church. Will it work if I copy the homepage.php from the one theme to another? Or is there an alternative way to split the slider widget area? I don’t want to break the code and make things worse.

Interesting idea. I don’t think the Agency theme’s layout would lend itself to splitting the slider and placing a widget area next to it. Since the navigation bar covers the entire header, it would look a bit awkward to have it covering up a widget.

If you need a sidebar area next to a slideshow, I would go with Foundation, Authentic or Epic. They all have the ability to do that out of the box.
