    How do you change the speed of the slideshow? I would like it to spend a little more time on each slide.

    Tyler,

    You can adjust the timing. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to plugins and select “Add New.”
    2. Install and activate a plugin called Solid Code Theme Editor
    3. Go to the Appearance section of your WordPress control panel and select SC Theme editor.
    4. On the right, you’ll see a +js, click the + and select custom.js.
    5. Look for this spot: 
      advanceSpeed	: 4000,
    6. Change the 4000 to the number of milliseconds you’d like the slide to be visible.
    7. Save your changes.

    That should change the duration of your slides. If you’d like to change how fast the actual transition is, you can do that too. Just edit this line:

    animationSpeed	: 800,

    and change the 800 to the number of seconds you’d like the transition to take.
