    Are there any plans to upgrade Authentic theme to be responsive?

    Also, how can I add a “Sign up to our newsletter” type area for the theme like the Epic theme.

    Eric,

    Great question. We actually made Authentic responsive last summer (I thing it was in July). You can get the current version from the downloads section here.

    You can add a newsletter sign up box. I’d recommend the MailChimp service for your newsletters. It’s free for lists under 2,000 email addresses and 12,000 emails sent per month.

    You could use a plugin like MailChimp Widget to display a sign up form for you.
