primary navigation in different positios

I have set up identical sites, but their primary navigation isn’t identical, and I’m not sure what setting I need to change:

Hello Lauren,

I took a quick look this morning and it looks like the menus are in the same spot on those pages to me. I’ve attached screenshots of what I’m seeing to compare to what’s visible on your end. Just let me know what you turn up.
