Post Widget – Number of Visible Posts

It seems as though there is a limit to the number of visible posts within the post preview widget (seems like 5 or so). Can that be adjusted upwards to say 7 or 10?

Good question. In the featured post widget that’s built into the theme, it is possible to specify how many posts are displayed. In your WordPress dashboard go to the Appearance section and click on Widgets. Look in the right hand side for the widget area that has the widget you want to change. Open up the area and then select the widget.
That will open up the options for this instance of the widget. There is a box there where you can enter the number of posts to be displayed. The default is 5, but you can change that to a larger or smaller number depending on your needs. After that, save your changes.
