I just updated to the new version and can’t find the option to order the menu groups and add menu category descriptions. Used to be under theme options

Sorry for the trouble there. We did change the menu template a bit so that it’s a bit more flexible for restaurants who have larger menus. You can add the descriptions directly to the menu groups now. To do that, go to the “Menu” section in your WordPress dashboard and choose Menu Groups. Here are the menu groups will be listed. Click on one of the ones listed in the top right to add a description to that group. Once you’ve done that update the group and repeat that for all of them where you’d like to have a description.
You can change the order of the menu groups too. Install the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/) which will add a screen where you can drag and drop your menu groups to choose which ones display where.
