Hi there,
I have been using the Authentic theme for several years now, so decided to change to a newer look. I purchased the Pneuma theme, but I am getting this error.
Internal Server Error
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”
I still have the authentic theme on my site and can change themes on the Plesk panel to fix the issue, but I can’t get the Pneuma theme working. Any thoughts?

Thank you again for your business. I do appreciate it. Sorry for the trouble there. I haven’t run into that so far with the theme, but it is rather new and hasn’t been installed widely just yet.
Let’s gather a bit of information if you don’t mind. There are a few plugins that can give us some information on the server that may help track down the trouble. One is WP ServerInfo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/). It adds a widget to the WordPress dashboard that lets us know about memory usage and versions of the software installed on the server.
If you don’t mind, use a plugin like that one to check on the PHP version that’s being used and let me know what you turn up.
Thanks,

I tracked down the trouble to an conflict between Windows servers and the “meta boxes” that I’m using here. Those are the extra fields that add things podcast file uploads, staff information and slideshow slides.
It looks like the meta boxes fixed that incompatibility so I’ll roll that into the next theme update.
They have a plugin version that I went on and installed for you here. You can use that until the next update comes out.
Hopefully that’ll let you get started. Let me know if you run into trouble.
Thanks again,
