How to add a blog

Hey.. can’t seem to add a “blog” to the site? Usually I would just set the posts page to a blank page titled “blog” but once set, that just takes me back to the homepage. How do I get this setup? Thanks!
Here’s the easiest way to go about that with a theme like Live that has a built in home page.
1) Create a master category for your blog posts.
2) Assign all posts that you’d like to have in your blog to that category (you can use more than one category if you need to).
3) Add that category directly to your navigation in the menu builder (Appearance section > Menu).That should create a blog “page” for you. If you have any questions, please let me know.
