    Bill,

    I have no content on my home page and want to only have the left sidebar showing while the background slides revolve. Is there a way to stop the transparent content box from popping in on the home page only?

    Hey Gary,

    Great question. What you’ll want to do is create a home page for your site. In the Reading settings set that page to be the front page.

    As long as there is no content at all in the content box of that page, it won’t display the semi-opaque box. You should only see the sidebar.
