Header image does not display

I’m setting up my pages and I’ve noticed a few consistent problems:
(1) The ‘add/upload file’ button does not work. I can’t upload images using this button.
(2) The background image does not display. I uploaded a test image and I don’t see it on the page.
The original link is broken. I’m re-sending the link.
I was able to add the image. I have to edit the page via the ‘edit page’ tab that is visible when I’m actually logged into WordPress Admin and on the page (I want to edit). There’s a black bar at the top with several tabs ‘customize’ ‘new’ and ‘edit page’. Clicking ‘edit page’ in this mode allows me to select ‘add/upload file’ and import the image. The image is visible on the page using these steps.
Hello Patricia,
Sorry for the trouble there. I’d be happy to take a look for you. IF you’d like to make a private reply here with the username and password for the site, I’ll log in and see if I can spot the trouble. There is a checkbox right below where you write a reply to make it private. That will keep it for displaying for people other than us.
For the add/upload button, is there a particular spot in the admin section where that isn’t working for you. Also let me know where you’re adding the background image so I can make sure I’m working in the right spot for you.
Thanks,
Bill
I didn’t spot this other topic from you before I sent that reply. If you still need help there, let me know.
Thanks Bill. I figured out the workaround and it’s all good.
