I have the plugging for allowing iFrame installed and activated.. However, when I paste the code into the Events page it shows the calendar but no events are showing up. I have made sure that all the events are SHARED. Any idea as to why this isn’t working? Here is the code I am using:

Good question. If the calendar is showing up, most likely that means that the embed code has been entered correctly. I would tend to think there is something inside the calendar or events that’s keeping them from displaying. I’m not a Google calendar user myself so I don’t know where to tell you to look. Generally Google is pretty good about their documentation, so might check there.
You might consider trying the Google Calendar Events plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-calendar-events/) which I’ve heard is a good implementation of Google Calendars for WordPress.
Let me know if I can help,

Thanks again for your quick responses. Does that plugin allow for me to have a page that will at least look similar to this: http://www.familylifecc.tv/full-hero/calendar
Or will it only allow for a widget?
December 17, 2014 at 09:48 #24993Bill RobbinsModeratorHey Kevin,
If I understand the plugin correctly, it will let you have a full page calendar, a grid widget and also a list widget. It looks like a pretty flexible implementation of the calendar.
If you do use it, let me know how it goes so I can make better informed recommendations in the future 🙂
Thanks,
BillDecember 17, 2014 at 09:57 #24996Kevin HuntsingerParticipantI see where there is a limitation however. This plugin is great but you can’t show multiple calendars within one calendar.. They have to be separate?
December 17, 2014 at 10:02 #25000Bill RobbinsModeratorThanks for the feedback Kevin.
December 17, 2014 at 10:04 #25001Kevin HuntsingerParticipantWhat were you using in the original theme?
December 17, 2014 at 10:05 #25002Bill RobbinsModeratorI use a plugin called The Events Calendar. It adds the calendar functionality into WordPress itself instead of using a third party service. I’ve used it for years and have found it to be a good solution for me.
December 17, 2014 at 10:35 #25003Kevin HuntsingerParticipantLastly, “The Events Calendar”, does it allow to add google events? Or do you simply have to just add all of your google events manually?
December 17, 2014 at 10:42 #25004Bill RobbinsModeratorI don’t believe the calendar will sync with Google Calendar. There is an extension to sync with Facebook events, but I’m not aware of one for Google.
December 17, 2014 at 14:00 #25009Kevin HuntsingerParticipantOk, I decided to dump google and get The Events Calendar Pro and manually enter events. The question I have is this.. Is there a way to display the Calendar Sunday through Saturday rather than the default Monday through Sunday? Their site is down.. lol Sorry for all the back and forth Bill.
December 17, 2014 at 14:04 #25010Bill RobbinsModeratorTotally a guess here, but I would imagine the calendar follows WordPress’s settings. If you’ll go to Settings and select General, down at the bottom there is a drop-down where you can select what day the week starts on. I would suspect that if you can change that, this would be the place.
They did send out an email yesterday saying their site would be down most of today as they are moving the plugin out of the Modern Tribe website to its own.
