    Hello Bill,

    While working on the site after the update this error keeps `popping up

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /data/22/3/80/5/3895983/user/4327781/htdocs/wordpress1/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-control.php on line 145

    Good Morning Sam,

    It sounds like the server doesn’t have enough memory allocated to your site in order for it to run. As a result when you try certain operations, you’ll receive the out of memory error.

    There are some DIY remedies you can try, but first I would suggest asking your web host to increase the amount of memory allocated for your site. Tell them about the out of memory errors you’re receiving and see if they’ll help you out. If you go the DIY route, they may deactivate your site so I would ask them first.
