Creating menu item for press releases

Hello, I’m just starting to post press releases, and am uncertain how to create a meni item (on the top nav) that’s specifically for press releases. Do I create a new category (except there doesn’t seem to be an option to choose a category for press releases)? Not seeing anything in appearances/menus that covers this. Thanks much!
Hi Michael,
Great question. What you’ll want to do is create a page for your press release archive. Then choose the “Press Release Archive” page template and publish your page. You can find the page templates by looking in the right hand column while you’re editing the page. In the attributes box you’ll find a drop-down menu for the page templates.
Once the page is created you can add it to your navigation menu so your visitors can find them.
