    I was tweaking things in the function.php and I must have added something in the wrong place or deleted it because I am getting the Internal Server Error. Already tried to refresh the .htaccess file to no avail. I dont wont to lose the work and layout I have though. Is this possible?

    Hey Jeff,

    Most likely if you’ll just replace the functions.php file you’ll be good to go. You can use either the file browser that’s built into your web host’s control panel or a FTP program to browse to the wp-content/themes/live/ folder to access the file directly. Since it was in editing it that the error happened, most likely replacing the file with the one from the download will take care of it. The function files and ones loaded by it in a theme are very unforgiving of even a missing ; .

    Very unforgiving indeed. I beat myself up because I usually don’t make those mistakes. But the “clean” php file fixed the issue. Thanks.
