    Hi,

    Any reason you can think why the animate shortcode wouldn’t work?

    It works on one site but not on another. I have tried using the same code, disabling plugins etc but it just displays the tags in the page.

    Hello Justin,

    Good question. On the site where you’re having trouble, do you know if you’re running at least version 1.1.0 of the theme? The original release did not have the animation support so if you’re using a version lower than 1.1.0 then you’ll need to update to add that.

    If you are running version 1.1.0 or later any chance you could send over a link to a page where the animation isn’t working so I can take a closer look for you?

    Hi Bill,

    The theme turned out to be 1.0.1 – WordPress said it was up-to-date. Anyway I have replaced it with 1.1.1 and it works perfectly now.
