    Hi Bill,
I need your help to setup the Wedding Registry page to track the number of gifts(products). For example, I want the wedding couple to receive a quantity of the same type of gift, then the selection of the gift goes away. I removed the Cart from the navigation menu (initial setup) successfully. Now I want to add it to the Registry page similar to adding a widget (http://wilkiwedding.agemllc.com/registry/). Thanks.

    Hi Vicky,

If I’m understanding you correctly, you’d like to set limits on the number of times a certain “gift” can be purchased for a couple. If so have you tried using WooCommerce’s stock management features? While it’s generally used to make sure someone sell more medium sized, blue shirts than they have available, you could use it to limit the number of purchases of an item.

    Take care,
    Bill

    Thanks, Bill.

I apologize I did not explain my request better. I’m still not clear on how to set up the Registry page using pagebuilder/woocommerce widgets (http://wilkiwedding.agemllc.com/registry/). I want the Registry page to look like the Takeout Menu (located at the bottom of the Menu page in Mise en place).

I like when you select the price, it brings up the Cart/Checkout page, however, I don’t want the Cart to show in the navigation menu. By the way, you already showed me how to remove the cart using CSS.

I used pagebuilder with three widget sections, but can’t figure how to use the woocommerce to look like your Takeout Menu. Does the woocommerce product page link to my Registry page?

Thanks for clarifying for me. The takeout section of the menu uses a widget called “Products in Category (Menu Group Layout).” It’ll show a product category in that layout (like a food menu group). See if that isn’t the layout you’re looking for.

    Bill
