How would I backup my Epic Theme website?

If your web host offers that as a feature, that’s probably the best way to go about making backups. If that’s not something they offer, then you’ll want to use a plugin to help make that easier. Three options you might consider are Backup to Dropbox, BackupBuddy and ValutPress. VaultPress is a service that you pay a monthly fee for and is part of the Jetpack plugin. BackupBuddy is a paid plugin, but works really well. Backup to Dropbox is free, but restoring the backup may feel a bit technical.
