As usual you answered my question on the first try. You should start a seminar on customer service.
One thought on the support section of your website. Is there a “Search” feature? I don’t like to bother you without first trying to find my answer on your website. Unless I am missing something, I think a search button would help find related topics quickly instead of scrolling through old posts. But regardless of that, your support is terrific.
