Reinstalled Foundation theme and WP but same results. Here are the details.
I went ahead and downloaded the Foundation theme and re-installed it on my server. I also re-installed WP 3.8.1 for the 3rd time, just in case.
I then switched off all plugins again, then switched over to the newly reinstalled version of the Foundation theme and checked out the links. The main navigation shows up now, but still if you click on any link that is http://www.domain.org/subdomain they produce a blank page with no code in it.
    Thanks,
    Heidi

Thanks Bill. Here is what I have done.
    1. I turned off all plugins = no change. (For example http://www.uwkcblog.org/test/ still doesn’t push out a page)

    2. Left all plugins off, switched theme to Foundation with NO child theme = main navigation disappears and still no change in having http://www.uwkcblog.org/test/ push out any code. I have attached an image.

    3. Left all plugins off, switched theme to TwentyThirteen = stripped down main page navigation shows up on home page but still if I click on any of those main navigation links no page shows ups, just blank page no code. I have attached an image.

    Thanks for any help!

    HI Bill,
Thanks. I have already turned off all my plugins and it worked just as slow and the main navi still did not work. I have contacted my ISP and they said it was stopping due to my site having too high of memory usage and pretty much told me it was not due to their servers. I tend to agree since the system works for any post or page that has at least 3 levels of heirarchy meaning http://www.domainname.com/page/subpage. The main thing that doesn’t work is http://www.domainname.com/page/. I am starting to think that this occurred around the time of WordPress upgrade to 3.8.1 which is the first time this happened.

Side note, last night i reconfigured all the main nav links to be sublinks so they will at least work for our next big email push. But it is disconcerting that all my previous links are bad now.

    Thanks for any input!

Wow, so glad that was fixed somehow. I did put an email into to our DNS but haven’t heard back yet. Thanks so much for checking and emailing back! We really appreciate it.

    Hi Bill,
Thanks so much for the quick response.
Yes, I would definitely like to add text below the slider to span the left 2 columns, so that it fits seamlessly below the slider but does not look like a feed of our latest posts. Any help on making that happen would be great.
    Thanks,
    Heidi
