    Perfect – thanks. I had it set up as the default, so I figured it would display on all page types. Once I added it to all page types individually it displays fine.

    Bill,
    Still having an issue with the location/hours widget in the left sidebar – it is still disappearing on some pages. Do you think this is a PreviewDNS issue or could something else be causing it to not display? Thanks.

    OK – I created a new page and added this:
    [menu group=”starters”]
    [menu group=”soups”]
    [menu group=”on-the-side”]
    [menu group=”fried-rice”]
    [menu group=”lo-mein”]
    [menu group=”vegetarian”]
    [menu group=”house-specials”]
    [menu group=”lunch-dinner-favorites”]
    [menu group=”small-orders”]
    [menu group=”monthly-chef-specials”]
    [menu group=”box-lunch-catering”]

    I then added a new Mobile Menu #2 and added just this page – the title shows up on my iPhone, but none of the content. Please advise. Thanks.

    Not sure how to “create a page that lists everything” How would I do that I don’t see it in the instructions. Thanks.
