Bill sold Organized Themes in November from what I gather. A man by the name of Sam has taken over…I’m noticing the customer service response time is severely lagging lately myself…

Well good to meet you. Congrats on your acquisition. Did Bill just decide to sell and move on? Sorry just curious! Always had such great customer service from him!! Never thought he’d give this up!
As for my problem, I think I figured it out. Bill had helped me get a second home type page set up and used used the custom sidebar plug in to set up what I wanted in it and I think when it updated not too long ago it cleared out everything I had in it! Found it empty…So i’m just having to repopulate it.
On another issue, on my home page i’d like to get my info on the sermon podcast to the right of the graphic like this link here: http://www.cornerstonekaty.org/ I’m using the Ultimate Post plug in…any ideas on how to do that?

i went ahead and added the tag and the redirect was a breeze. but i probably wont see a change for maybe 24 hours when itunes pings right?
So just put that tag directly into the .php file? Is there a spot that’s better to put it in there?
I’m not sure what a 301 redirect is…The tutorials are all a little old and it looks like .xml is gettin there too. It appears the same info is on the podcast audio feed page but I’m not seeing a way to insert the tag into it.
Or some other feed url if there is a good alternative to feedburner in case it was ever needing to change again in the future
from what i’ve read I need to add the tag:
<itunes:new-feed-url>http://therockls.com/podcast-audio-feed/</itunes:new-feed-url>
Just not sure how to get to where I need to put that so iTunes knows to do it!
I just re-saved a podcast and they all corrected themselves! Weird but fixed!

hey! Thanks for the help Bill. Still a slight problem though. Now when I click it it just tells me page not found although the link looks correct?
so the fact the feed page didn’t change the name of the image to what I changed it to doesn’t matter at all?
Thanks for the help! I have the audio up and running. Do you have much experience with AWS? If I were to put the videos there, how quickly does it start getting costly? I know they’re very affordable…but never done it so no clue!
No it’s all good~ Just wasn’t aware you couldn’t. New to the whole actually putting podcast on itunes thing! Thanks for the info. I’m thinking we’ll just leave the video on site and do the audio only on itunes. We’re putting audio on S3 already. But i’m sure they can just get to our page for video!
so i’d have to actually upload a video through the spot on the podcast page? so basically hosting the video on the website server?? which doesn’t sound so good lol.
yeah I think we like the black below the pic better! Just doesn’t seem like such a blank space as it does with the white. I’ll hit you up for some CSS after the update!
Actually just used the bottom half of that! We like the black underneath the pics if it drops past it rather than the white, but the bottom part of the code took care of the stripe! It actually looks like its on your photos on the demo site too, just hard to see b/c it almost matches the background color. FYI.
