    Hello Bill:

Thanks for your response. I’d actually found that Superfish link earlier.
I tried following the suggestions and didn’t have much luck. Here’s a
link to some of the css I tried:

    https://gist.github.com/2176668

I’m finding that when I use .menu li ul I can control the dropdown menu’s
background color, border radius, padding, etc., but I’m still not able to
get it to display horizontally. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks a million for all your help!

    Thanks, Bill, that worked perfectly!

Ok, I think this is my last question: I’ve gotten our drop down menus to
work perfectly but my boss would like them to display horizontally
(they currently display vertically). I’ve tried using “display: inline” and
“float: left” in the css sheet but neither works. Is this something I need
to use php for? Or is there a css solution?

    Thanks for your help!

Thanks Bill, that worked! Second to last question–and this is
actually a new issue: Our home page bottom widgets have
been displaying oddly in Mozilla lately. For weeks, everything
looked perfect–two rows, three widgets per row.

Several days ago two of the widgets in the second row popped
down a row and they’ve displayed that way ever since (brothersontherise.org/wpfiles
    to see what I mean).

I’m using the same widget (text) for everything, and I haven’t made any
recent changes to the style.css sheet. I checked the WordPress.org forums:
this problem is actually mentioned somewhat frequently but no one has
any solutions. If you can give us some advice on how to fix this we’d really
    appreciate it!

Thanks Bill! So I’m hoping to only ask about three more questions. Here’s one about the Staff Page:

When I navigate to the Staff Page everything displays perfectly: picture in column left, content in center column, widgets in right (sidebar) column.

The problem arises when I click on “Read More” and go to the child of the Staff Page.

I want it to look exactly like it does in your Foundation Demo. In other words, I want just a photo on the left, with no grey box, and just the text on the right, with no photo.

How do I go about doing this?

    Thanks a million!

Thanks Bill! Made the changes and the page displays perfectly with Firefox, but in IE9 there seem to be a few problems.

Basically, in the Home Bottom area, two of our three widgets drop down a row.
(In Firefox the three widgets line up in one row just underneath the slider.)

Also, two other widgets are ‘broken’ apart: an image/link from one widget has
become its own separate widget, and the title from another widget has become its own separate widget. You can see what I mean by logging onto

    brothersontherise.org/wpfiles

Here’s a link to the exact code I used:

    https://gist.github.com/1781387

I looked through our Page Source code & style.css and I’m just not able to identify
what went wrong. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!!

    Hello Bill:

This is probably something extremely simple but I can’t find any info on it
in the forums or WordPress. Ok, basically I want to use the same page template
for a number of different pages, (i.e., the default template for my “About Us” page,
    “What’s New” page, etc.).

If I understand correctly, you can just drag the Text Widget(s) into the sidebar area of a page template and you’re all set. My question: How do I enter DIFFERENT CONTENT in the text widgets on different pages? When I’m in the Edit Page area, should there be a place where I can enter content into the text widgets?

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help!

(By the way, I’m using the Foundation Theme, v1.1.1)

    Hi Bill:

Well I must be doing something wrong because I still can’t get it to work.
Here’s a link to the Edit Page in our Dashboard if you want to take a look:

I meant I’ve tried it with the html and body tags and without the tags.

    Hello Bill:

I’ve tried it WITH the , tags and WITHOUT. Neither way works. Here’s a link to the Edit Page in our Dashboard:

if you want to take a look.

Thanks for the response, Bill! Actually, though, I know how to change font across the entire theme. I’m having a problem getting the HTML to work on specific pages (note: the HTML works fine in the sidebars).

As you know, when you’re entering text into a page template you’re given two options:
Visual or HTML. When I enter text using the HTML option it doesn’t work–the page displays as plain text.

Here’s the link to the code I’m using:

    https://gist.github.com/93bc9fbcfa518626693c

I have the Foundation theme (v 1.1.1) and I’m using a default template (the HTML option doesn’t work on the other page templates either.) Any advice on how to proceed? Do I need a specific plug in??

Thanks for all your help with this! I’ve been recommending Organized Themes to everyone I know!!

Okay, I entered the code on gist. Here’s the link:

    Hopefully that works!

Whoops, it looks like the html code didn’t show on that last one. Let me try again:

    Hello Bill:

I have an HTML question. I’m trying to set up a page using the HTML option but it doesn’t seem to be working (it just displays as plain text).
    Here’s the ‘code’ I’m using:

I have the Foundation theme (an older version) and I’m using the default template. Any
    advice on how to proceed?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response! Just one last question:

Is there an easy way to PRINT OUT these templates so they appear EXACTLY as
the do in the Demo? We’ve tried printing them out and some of the images aren’t
coming out (e.g., with the Sample Page template, the “Page Sidebar”, “Donate Here”,
and navigation/menu images don’t print out).

    Thanks!

    Hello Bill:

I have a question about templates that come with the Foundation theme. From what I can see the theme comes with a Home template, a Full Width Page template, a Sample Page
template, and Staff, Press and Sponsor Page templates. That’s correct, right, I’m not
    missing any templates?

Also, with the Full Width Page template, I notice that if you hover over it you can see
“Third Level”, “Fourth Level”. Are the templates for these levels the same as the Full
    Width Page template?

Finally, is there an easy way to print out these templates so they appear EXACTLY as
the do in the Demo? We’ve tried printing them out and some of the images aren’t
coming out (e.g., with the Sample Page template, the “Page Sidebar”, “Donate Here”,
and navigation/menu images don’t print out).

Thanks a million for your help! And thanks for your quick response to my last question from a few days back!

Hello! How would you do this if you’re using the Foundation theme (earlier version)?

    Thanks!

Thanks for quick response! I went ahead and did as you
instructed. It increased the area directly above the slide show,
but not area above menu bar (I’m looking to increase the size
of the area above menu bar).

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Here’s link:

    Hello!

I’m using Foundation 1.1.1. Is there a way
to do the above in this version?

    Thanks!
