Good advice.

Here is what I discovered – there is another theme called United – some how wordpress thinks I should update the theme and when I do it installs/replaces the Untied Theme by Mirror Themes with your theme.

I uninstalled the Mirror theme – re-installed yours and I am back in business

So all is working well now, thought you’d want to know what happened.

Only 1 error left! I get this message: “Can’t submit your feed. There is no explicit tag in your feed, or the explicit tag is empty.”

I see no place on podcast-feed to list our podcast as non explicit. are you able to fix this in the theme or in the feed’s code.

I think you’re right re: a more square format to minimize the wasted space after the image and before the following content. Thanks Bill for the CSS fix, and for the quick response.

Hi Bill
Perfect, that worked great. And as expected, there are black bars top & bottom. I know that it’s screen and browser specific, but just for future reference, is there a suggested aspect ratio that would fill the vertical space and minimize horizontal cutoff?

My main problem was that iTunes was rejecting our feed. I mistakenly thought that testing the feed in Google Reader would help me find the reason iTunes does not accept the feed. I’ll test the iTunes submission again; I have not tried it since updating the theme.

Will installing a fresh copy of the theme require us to redo our theme options?

Should I delete the epic 1.1.9 folder before the fresh install?

Note: deleting the folder called epic did not cause any change to the site or dashboard.

I changed the foldername epic 1.1.9 to epic-1-1-9. The dashboard then told me that the website had no themes installed; I tested the website and it did not load. I changed the filename back to epic 1.1.9 again, and the site came back and the dashboard recognized that a theme was installed.

I noticed that there was a second epic folder (in the themes folder) named just epic. I deleted that folder and tried the above operation a second time. The result was the same.

One more questions

In other themes we were able to adjust the color code of the “I’m new” menu button by changing the CSS Classes in the Menus panel.

Is it possible, to set a Distinctive Color for that one menu button that would be different/Distinctive from the widget titles and backgrounds?

Unfortunately still not working – I’m thinking b/c I have four different staff groups that I want to display all the listings for.

Bill – has this update been released yet for Authentic – not seeing it?

We are currently running the Sea Side theme and since we updated to wordpress to 3.3 now we can’t get feature images to show up on homepage.

HELP – we’d like to get one of the two themes working ASAP.
