Thanks Bill
I did see the MAX button again, when I clicked on an image that was embedded in a post and a lightbox view was presented.
Is there a way to adjust the lightbox skins or settings in the theme?

February 18, 2014 at 08:25 in reply to: "extra" inline style – how did it get their? Footer to low on the home page #17258KaisParticipantHi Bill
I found the extra space was inserted by the temporary Home Page plugin called – Coming Soon. Funny, after turning it off so you could see the website, the extra space was gone.
The inline style is still there, the height value is set to 840px instead of 1120px. Perhaps it is set by another plugin. Do you recognize this inline style; is it part of the Foundation Theme?
Thanks
KaisParticipantHi Bill
I have tried changing the text. In the original there are two lines – is there a trick to formating the text so you can say when the second line starts – such as a line break
Thanks
KaisParticipantThank you Bill it worked perfectly!
KaisParticipantGreat progress, Foxy theme 2.0 is running under 3.7.1.
There are two display issues I can not figure out:
1. The page information spans the full width of the page and then the navigation menu starts after (below) the page text. I would like the nav menu to be on the left hand side of the page text.
2. The opaque background behind the text (and nav menu items), allowing the text to be read over the an image, is not showing. How do I turn this feature on?
Thanks again.
KaisKaisParticipantHi Bill
After the upgrade to WordPress v 3.7.1, the Foxy theme, which was functioning well before, is having some difficulties:
1. missing the background image and
2. the navigation menu is spread out. On the Home page (and other pages) the nav menu items are spaced apart enough to hold the second level nav menu items (although the second level nave menu items are not visible). When I navigate to an sub-page the nav menu items for this page are visible.
3. Food menu page is gone
Do you have any suggestions?
Would a link to the site be helpful?Thank you.
KaisKaisParticipantTypo should be updated not undated – sorry

Your suggestion worked well, thanks.
There is one case that has become evident and I am hoping to improve the look of the page.
In the case of a page with a small amount of content and on a large monitor, the footer appears half way up the screen. This is a strange place for the footer to appear.Perhaps I implemented your instructions incorrectly. Do you get the same result?
Is it possible to have the footer stick to the bottom of the screen (after the page content that is). I have been looking at the method described on this page. http://www.cssstickyfooter.com/
Do you think I could use something like this in the Foxy theme.
If not do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks again. My Client is very happy with the theme overall
March 12, 2013 at 11:22 in reply to: Can I link to a Menu Group from within a page ? or Is a Menu Group a post or a page? #10038KaisParticipantThanks Bill, you rock.
The final code to make the link work was
http://yoursite.com/?menu-group=menu
where the slug for the menu-group is menu.
So simple it makes my head hurt – all the pounding against the wall you see.

I do have the Menu Groups included in the navigational menu. This part works great.
The problem I have is linking from the middle of a page using an anchor tag like this
to the same menu group that is in the navigationWould the following piece of code work?
Is the “Category Name” the same as the “slug” ?
If this is correct, can I place this code into the contents of a Page?<?php
// Get the ID of a given category
$category_id = get_cat_ID( ‘Category Name’ );// Get the URL of this category
$category_link = get_category_link( $category_id );
?><!– Print a link to this category –>
<a href=”<?php echo esc_url( $category_link ); ? >” title=”Link to food menu-group “≷look at our great menu </a>Note: code snippet from wordpress codex
Thanks
KaisKaisParticipantThanks Bill
Very impressive, you responded within 30 minutes of my question.
The solution you gave worked perfectly.
Thank you.
KaisParticipantHI Bill
We are excited to using your Foxy theme, so far it is working well. I noticed this subject in the forums. “Stop second level menu collapsing” from November 2011.
I was excited when I read this subject of this post, but the answer was disappointing.
Part of the navigation system is to show you where you are. It would be great to have second level nav items remain highlighted as long as the page is active.
Have you any suggestions today that might help me with this.
In Nov 2011 you suggested looking at Breadcrumb NavXT – I will look at this , but not my first choice
