    I’m working on a gallery presentation for our bakery site. I am noticing that the thumbnail images in the main gallery grid are cutting off part of my image. I’m not sure why. In settings>media I unchecked the force crop button which I hoped would allow for the original proportions.

    Any ideas?

    These aren’t “gallery” format pages. I didn’t see a need for that. But it is a WordPress gallery.

    Images are sized by WordPress only when they are uploaded. You can change the size/crop in the settings, but that will only affect new uploads. Try running the regenerate thumbnails plugin to change existing images.
