    Can someone tell me where Bill is and when he will be back?  Having major issues on one of our sites and really need some support.  Thanks! Tony

    Bill sold Organized Themes in November from what I gather. A man by the name of Sam has taken over…I’m noticing the customer service response time is severely lagging lately myself…
