    Can someone tell what this means

    I have received that error several times in the theme customizer as well.

    It’s something that you guys can ignore. There was a change to the menu section of the customizer in the last WordPress update and it’s a notice related to that. The next update to the theme will come out this week and it’ll take care of that for you.
