    im feeling pretty limited in the video’s i can upload.

    Do you know any tips and tricks to make files smaller or converting them to .Mp4?

    can i upload .mov?

    Video is largely dependent on the web host. Outside of a video podcasting feed, there are very few advantages to hosting video yourself. I would go with Vimeo or YouTube for most of them.
