    Hi, Bill!

Is there a need to backup the CSS in my older version of Forward, or take any additional action, before I install the update?

Thank you for your always outstanding help.

    Sheila

    Hello Sheila,

Great question. You can always copy the content out of there and paste it into a plain text document. That’s a simple way to go about it.

There is also a plugin called Customizer Import/Export (https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/) that will let you make an export of all your customizer options including the custom CSS. That’s another way to do make a backup as well.

Hopefully you’ll never need a backup but they are always a good idea to have around. If you have any questions let me know.

    Have a great evening,
    Bill

At first glance, it looks like it went without a hitch! Of course it did, I had a backup. LOL

You know what? Your themes are some of the best-looking I have seen anywhere. A lot of folks who know enough to write themes have no artistic ability whatever. You really do have an eye for design.

    Thanks again!
