Updating the Main Menu

I have created a page for my website called “Jams Deli Events.” It is in the main navigation section. I want the restaurant to be able to add new posts to the events section with upcoming events. Is there a way for those posts to be automatically added without having to edit the Appearance–>Menu section and adding them?

Instead of using an actual page for that, I would create a post category for events. Then just have your customer create a new post and place it in the events category. That will cause them to always appear on that page without any additional effort on your part. Posts are generally better suited to that type of content than pages are.
If you want to stick with pages, there is a checkbox on each navigation menu to automatically add new pages that are published. You could use it to add in new pages as they are made. I think if you make the individual events child pages to the events page they’ll appear as sub-items there.
