Good question. You may have to turn on translation of the “custom post types” (the food, staff and service items are all custom post types). In WPML’s support I saw mention that you can do that in one of two spots. If you’re using the “Translation Management Module” then you would go to WPML->Translation Managementand click on the Multilingual Content Setup tab. Otherwise without the Translation Management module, you will find these options under WPML->Translation Options.
See if that doesn’t help you get the ability to translate those turned on.
