I can’t seem to get the sub-menu’s (2nd level) to appear. from the top level i can get the first drop down to appear but not a sub level from there. is there anything i should look at?

How to add drop-downs to your menus isn’t very obvious at the moment with WordPress, but thankfully it isn’t very hard to do. Basically you want to place the menu items you’d like to have as a sub-menu below the menu item you’d like to have as its top-level item. Then you click and hold onto the title of the first item you’d like to make a drop-down and you drag it slightly to the right. Then you repeat it for the others.
