Staff background image not showing up

I was informed by my client today that their logo, the “salon services” background image and the “staff” background images were gone. The client doesn’t have access to the site and I haven’t touched it in over a month.
Somehow the logo became unlinked, which I was had to re-upoad.
The Salon background image that wasn’t showing up was still linked and the image was in the media library but the image showed up as a named blank, I re-uploaded that as well.
The staff background image shows up as linked on the back end. I even re-uploaded it a few times to make sure it was tracking. However, it’s not showing up on the site.
Any suggestions on how I can fix this last problem and why the other two problems occurred when there was no activity on the admin side.
That’s really puzzling. I haven’t heard of images becoming unassigned outside of any activity before. Could you send a login to support@organizedthemes.com so I could take a look at why the staff image isn’t displaying?
