Is there any way to add more than 10 sponsors without having to scroll to another page?

Good question. The number of sponsors displayed is set by WordPres default reading settings. You can adjust it by going to Settings in your WordPress control panel and selecting Reading. There is a box for the number of posts displayed per blog page. The default is 10, but you can change that to any number you’d like to have.
