    Jiri,

    Good question. The ones in the footer are added via a social widget that’s built into the theme. On the Caramel Company site, they added that widget to the footer widget area so that it would be visible everywhere.

    In the content of that page, it looks like they’re using some type of social stream plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-streams/ . That may not be the one they are using, but it’s at least something similar to that.

    ok…I activated the plugin, but I don´t know how it use or how to transfer it to the page for my “SOCIAL”?

    Jiri,

    I have no idea how to use it myself. To be honest, I’d never heard of it an hour ago.

    They do have a website at https://socialstreams.com that looks like it would be a promising place to look for help. I’d start with the FAQ page (https://socialstreams.com/faq/) and go from there.
