I have set up a separate navigation menu and created the social icon links as I’d read to do in the support, but I don’t seem to have access to the actual icons. Am I missing something? It says it’s included with the theme, but I cannot locate them. Thank you!Great question. Are you looking for images for the icons? The social icons used in the theme are made with an icon font. That way users can change their colors without image editing. Also they work well with high resolution, retina displays. So there are no actual images for the icons in a PNG file for example, but they are present in the theme. When the links are added to the navigation menu and it’s assigned to the location for social icons, the text links will get replaced with this font.
If you need to use your own icons you can. There is a plugin called Nav Menu Images (https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-images/) that will let you add images to navigation menu items. It would be a good way to add your own social icons if you need to.
