Sidebar issue after host transfer

After changing hosting, the left hand sidebar as well as the slide-out sub-menu have changed. The slide-out menu shows blank space at the top, while the logo image on the main sidebar is down from the top. Sometimes I can scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and back up again and that will fix it, which is really bizarre.

On pages with a light background, I can see the word “hello” in very small type in upper left hand corner – see Buffalo Wings page from menu – but don’t ever remember seeing that word anywhere, so not sure if that’s causing this issue somehow.

Never mind – the host company put the “hello” word up to check php output and forgot to remove it. Seriously?
