    How would I create a second menu for catering? Right now the second menu pops up as the same as the first. I don’t need a “staff” page can that page be switched out for another menu?

    Great question. You’re welcome to use the staff section for a catering menu if you’d like to. It’ll follow the layout of the staff section, but there’s no reason why you can’t use it for catering instead of people.

    How would I re-organize the menu items. The last one i posted needs to be third.

    Sarah,

    I would use the Simple Page Order plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-page-ordering/). It’ll let you reorder those by drag and drop.
