Resource Page Help

Bill,
I am hoping to find a plugin that would allow us to create a page that works much like the “sermon” set up you have in many themes, except for documents instead of audio. We have a lot of document resources that we’d like to list on a page or pages via categories or tags. We’d also like to be able to a have descriptions in the lists of resources. Hopefully that makes sense.

I don’t know what to search while looking for plugins, wondering if you can point me in the right direction.

Hi James,

You might take a look at the download monitor plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-monitor/) for that. I use it on this site for managing theme downloads. It has features for categories and so on that I don’t use, but seem like they would be a good fit for what you need.

It’s a well made, developer friendly plugin. The original author is one of the guys that created WooCommerce too.
