Hi there, I have a Google calendar I need to embed in our church site, but I can’t get the default sidebar to go away, and it is currently lying over the calendar (see: http://uuwaco.org/wps/?page_id=297). In “Widgets” I tried adding the page ID to the “exclude” bar but that didn’t get rid of the sidebar (it’s possible I entered the page ID incorrectly, however). I’m a newbie but learning fast! Any help would be most welcome. Thanks!

    Kris

    Hello Kris,

Thank you for your business first of all. Great question too. If you’ll edit your calendar page and look in the right hand column, you’ll find a box labeled Attributes. In that box, there is a drop-down menu for templates. Choose “Full Width” from the templates there and update your page.

That should remove the sidebar and make your content full width. If you run into any trouble, let me know.

    Thanks again,
    Bill
