    Hello Bill,

The Product thumbnail images are getting blurred in the category pages. They were fine initially. But from the past 2-3 days, they are getting blurred no matter how high quality images I use. The thumbnails appear to be fine if I use the old images that were uploaded initially when I added purchased the Theme. However, any new image that is being added is getting blurred. I even tried adding the same images which were uploaded initially.

They images are fine when in the Product Page. They are getting blurred only in the Product category page. Please have a look. My login details are still the same. Here is the Link of the category pages.

Here are the Snapshots of the image in the category page & the product page. You can find the difference

    Good Morning,

Changing the number of columns increases the space for each item in the “catalog” but it doesn’t increase the set size of the images there. That can cause them to be blurry now since the same image is being enlarged.

Go to WooCommerce in your dashboard and click on Settings. Choose the products tab and then the display link at the top. There is a section on this screen where you can set the size of the product images. You’ll want to set the size of your catalog images to be large enough so that they aren’t blurry. Right now they’re being stretched from 300px square to around 600px square which will make them appear blurry. Before they weren’t stretched so they’re fine. The individual product image size is larger so that’s why it’s not blurry either.

Try something in the neighborhood of 600px square. That will affect future image uploads. To change your existing ones, install the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and run it. It adds a new screen in the tools menu.

    Take care,
    Bill
