one of the reasons I bought this theme was because I was able to put our youth groups messages on the website on the podcast. but I can not download any file larger than 2mb. How do I change this? I really like how you guys have it on the demo.

Sorry for the trouble there. The maximum upload file size is set by your web host. Typically if you ask most hosts to increase that for you they will.
If they won’t help you out, or won’t make it as large as you need them to, there is a post at http://www.organizedthemes.com/add-large-files-wordpress/ that can show you how to get larger files into your media library.
