Almost done with my questions. I was wondering how to get pictures under the titles in the main blog post, like your live demo. Please advise.

Good question. Those images are the “featured image” of the post. When you’re editing a post, look in the right hand column and you’ll see the spot for adding the featured image. On the sites I run, I tend to use a simple plugin called Drag and Drop Featured Image (https://wordpress.org/plugins/drag-drop-featured-image/) that turns that box into a field that you can drag and drop an image directly into.

Thanks for answering all of my questions so promptly. I have a feeling I accidentally deleted your original layout for the blog page and just created a generic page and used the posts in page plugin. Maybe that is why adding a featured image on a post isn’t showing up on the “Our Work” page. Is there anyway for me to reload that blog page into my server? Seems like maybe then it would work properly. I don’t see a “blog.php” file in my download of the theme though.
Can you please advise?Good question Wendy. In your WordPress settings, on the Reading screen there are options to set what the front page displays. Right next to where you select a page for your home page is where you set a page for your “posts” page. That’s your blog archive as far as WordPress is concerned.
The template file it uses is index.php to actually generate the page. It should still be there because index.php and style.css are the only two files required to have a theme. If one is missing, WordPress will generally deactivate the theme as “broken.”
Try setting a page in reading and then view it and it should show up similar to the one in the demo. Let me know if you have any trouble.
