    Good morning Bill,
As the original Administrative user I have access to all the options on the Appearance >> Menus page. See screenshot here: http://www.gadsbys.ca/gg/Primary_Admin_User_Screen_Shot.png

However, two other Administrative users that I set up cannot see all of the options. They only have access to Pages, Links, and Categories. See screenshot here: http://www.gadsbys.ca/gg/Other_Admin_User_Screen_Shot.png

Any thoughts on whether this is a WordPress issue or a template issue?

    Thank you.

Good question. WordPress loves to hide items by default to make the interface “cleaner.” But it leads to situations like this where items are missing and inconsistent.

Most likely they are just hidden. In the other admin accounts, go to the Appearance section and select Menus. Once there, click the screen options tab in the top right hand corner. There is series of content types listed at the top. Check the box next to any you would like to have visible and that should add them to your list.

If you have any questions or trouble, let me know.

    Enjoy your Saturday,
    Bill
