Optimal Image Height

Hello there,
Absolutely love your theme and the demo is my ultimate goal!
I have a wee question right from the get go – in uploading my images, I am trying to obtain the optimal image height so as to avoid the ‘non’ space (in the background/post colour) that is current below my title but before the initial image.

Just getting started – please don’t judge 🙂

Thank you for your business first of all. Great question too. To have the image of the first section right under the header, what you’ll want to do is leave out any widgets from the first section there. That will cause the bar there to not be displayed and should move the image up for you.
