No image when link shared in Facebook

Hi Bill,

I have another question for you.

When I share my site http://www.jkconditioning.com in Facebook, an image does not appear.

I have a “featured image” chosen on the landing page, but will nothing appears (see attached).

Please advise.

Jon,

You may want to consider swapping from the All In One SEO Pack plugin to WordPress SEO by Yoast. One of the features it has that’s lacking in All in One is customizing of social sharing. It’ll generate the tags that Facebook and Twitter use to make sure the correct content is used in the sharing window.

The plugin adds a box down below the main content box on any page or post. There is a social tab there where you can customize what’s shared by default.

Just as a note, Facebook “caches” this information, so if you do go with the plugin and make changes, they may not be visible for a day or two. That’s how Facebook lowers demands on their system.
